Roles & Responsibilities
What You ll Do
- Coordinate and negotiate with vendors to obtain quotations aligned with project specifications and budgets.
- Review tender documents and prepare technical submittals as per project requirements.
- Prepare, submit, and monitor approvals of materials and drawing submittals to meet project timelines.
- Maintain and update project BOQs while monitoring procurement schedules.
- Prepare accurate customer quotations based on requirements and business objectives.
- Track and follow up on outstanding client payments.
- Support internal teams through the sales and project process to maximize business benefits.
- Contribute to Majid Al Futtaim s Dare Today, Change Tomorrow sustainability strategy through project delivery.
- Provide administrative support across all project phases, ensuring effective documentation and reporting.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar project coordination role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Professional proficiency in AutoCAD and practical site management experience.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
