Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and monitoring of project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients to keep everyone informed and engaged.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, documenting discussions and action items to maintain accountability and progress.
- Support project documentation processes, including creating and maintaining project plans, reports, and presentations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role, ideally within the industry relevant to the organization.
- PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification is a plus, demonstrating a commitment to the profession.
- Familiarity with project management software like MS Project, Asana, or Trello to enhance project tracking and collaboration.
