Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Project Coordination & Planning: Coordinate project activities, resources, and equipment. Work with project managers to prepare action plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports for stakeholders.
- Communication & Liaison: Act as the main point of contact and facilitate communication between team members, clients, and third-party vendors.
- Monitoring & Quality Control: Monitor project progress and handle any issues or risks that arise. Ensure that quality control standards and technical compliance are met.
- Task & Resource Management: Assign tasks to internal teams, monitor resource allocation, and ensure timely availability of materials and equipment (e.g., TI equipment, antennas, fiber optic hardware).
- Site and Field Support: For TI projects, duties can involve tracking specific site activities like installation, integration, and commissioning of BTS (Base Transceiver Station), RRUs, and power equipment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: Proven work experience (typically 2+ years) as a Project Coordinator, preferably within the telecommunications on different technology vendors(Nokia/Huawei/Ericson)
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering/Telecommunications
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with telecom technologies, infrastructure, and installation processes (MW, 4G/5G OD Projects Implementation)
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder, client, and team liaison.
Software Proficiency: Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving aptitude to address issues and blockers that arise during the project lifecycle.
