Reports to the Campus Director. The purpose of this role is to facilitate all communication from the Office of the Campus Director and to ensure all projects are effectively and efficiently handled considering resources, timelines and risk.
Responsibilities:
Campus Director's Projects
Updates the status for all projects to support the Campus Director with presenting to the Senior Leadership Team and Board members.
Other Projects
Assumes the responsibility for various projects including identifying resources and assembling a team for its implementation as assigned by the Campus Director.
Enforces project standards, quality assurance procedures and reviews deliverables of the project to minimize risks.
Creates project timelines and schedules to ensure that projects are completed.
Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Follow ups with the academic departments to complete the procedures and policies related to their areas.
Addresses issues and questions related to the projects, and represents the Campus Director Office on various committees.
Prepares and updates reports on different projects on share-point.
Administrative Support
Acts as the Secretary for the Academic Affair Committee by preparing the agenda, drafting minutes of meetings, preparing action lists for distribution and follow up with the board members for execution
Arranges executive meetings that Campus Director chairs or attends.
Acts as focal point of contact between the Chairman office and the Campus Director office
Acts as first point of contact for students complains and resolves or redirects as appropriate.
Books international travel itineraries e.g. WASC meetings, international conferences etc.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors in Business or English
2-3 years of experience in the area of project management
Strong personality ,Communication skills, Leadership skills, Analytical skills, Time management skills
English: Proficient, Arabic: Proficient
