The Project

Large residential masterplan community consisting of villas, townhouses and all associated infrastructure.

This role is to oversee, monitor and undertake project and programme management activities on behalf of external/third-party clients, including conducting analysis and reviews to provide input into plans, processes and procedures to drive the improvement, completion and delivery of projects.

Deliver some internal and all external project objectives and KPIs, providing day to day management and leadership, as appropriate.

You ll Be Responsible For

  • Manages project timelines and budgets, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigations.
  • Leads end-to-end project delivery for external clients, from inception to post-completion.
  • Ensures stakeholder alignment, communicating strategies clearly across client, consultant, and contractor teams.
  • Champions safety and wellbeing, promoting Mace s Safety First culture and HSW framework.
  • Provides expert guidance to support broader Mace project success and continuous improvement.
  • Drives collaboration among client, consultant, and external stakeholders to meet project goals.
  • Coordinates integrated programmes, covering design, authority approvals, procurement, and delivery.
  • Delivers projects to schedule, managing sequencing, staging plans, and milestone tracking.
  • Contributes to business operations, including reporting, bidding, commercial strategy, and P&L responsibilities.
  • Supports strategic initiatives, including sustainability, digital transformation, and stakeholder engagement.

You ll Need To Have

  • Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.
  • Professional accreditation such as MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, MICE, or a recognized local equivalent.
  • Proven experience in delivering construction projects and programmes through successful execution phases.
  • Demonstrates strong project management expertise, supported by relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
  • A valid safety certification, such as a CSCS card or equivalent local accreditation.
