Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As Project Director, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple large-scale projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest design and construction standards. This is a leadership role, requiring strategic direction, team management, and client relationship-building to drive successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of high-profile architectural projects, ensuring delivery meets design intent and client expectations.
- Oversee design and construction processes, coordinating with internal teams and external consultants.
- Maintain a strategic vision for each project, ensuring objectives align with the firm s ethos and industry standards.
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of architects, designers, and project managers.
- Act as the key liaison between clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Provide guidance on resolving design and technical challenges while maintaining a high-quality output.
