Project Director Luxridge Building Contracting LLC

Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Director to lead the successful delivery of major construction projects from inception to handover. This senior leadership role requires deep expertise in project execution, strategic planning, stakeholder management, and driving excellence across all phases of construction.

� Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Strategy

• Lead overall project strategy, planning, and execution.
• Act as the single point of accountability for complete project delivery.
• Build and manage cross-functional teams (engineering, construction, planning, procurement, HSE).
• Develop project execution plans, risk mitigation strategies, and contingency actions.

Project Planning & Control

• Review and approve master schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor progress against KPIs and initiate corrective actions when required.
• Ensure continuous improvement in project performance.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary liaison with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Chair project meetings and ensure effective communication across all teams.

Contract & Commercial Management

• Oversee contract administration, variations, claims, and commercial risks.
• Support procurement strategies and vendor negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and financial requirements.

Technical Oversight

• Coordinate with design and engineering teams to ensure constructability and quality.
• Validate design deliverables, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
• Promote innovation and advanced construction methodologies.

Quality, Health, Safety & Environment

• Ensure adherence to strict QHSE standards and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and implement corrective actions where needed.

People Management & Leadership

• Mentor and develop project managers and future leaders.
• Foster a high-performance culture built on accountability, teamwork, and excellence.
