Parsons Corporation is hiring a seasoned Project Director to oversee major civil and infrastructure construction projects in Dubai. This senior leadership role is critical to ensuring project success through strategic oversight, client engagement, and collaborative construction management practices.

What You ll Do

* Report directly to the PMC Construction Director to support delivery of complex construction packages
* Serve as a key liaison with the client, attending progress meetings and presenting updates
* Contribute to reviewing risk, cost assessments, and variation claims for client approval
* Ensure strict adherence to Parsons Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) policies
* Oversee site activities and manpower scheduling across all assigned construction projects
* Assist in planning and prioritizing construction milestones to maintain schedule compliance
* Provide input on the development and optimization of field and office construction procedures
* Interpret and apply technical knowledge to enhance constructability reviews and documentation
* Ensure contract specifications and project execution plans are followed accurately
* Support team performance and coordination to maintain high standards of project execution

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Master s degree preferred)
* 20+ years of progressive experience in project and construction management
* Strong leadership presence with proven ability to manage large-scale civil or infrastructure projects such as roads, highways, bridges, or airports
* Familiarity with the Middle East construction landscape, particularly in Dubai
* Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus
* Deep understanding of contract documentation, scheduling, and technical assessments
