Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the execution of major construction projects from planning through completion.
  • Define project strategies, objectives, and execution frameworks.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to contractual obligations.
  • Monitor overall project performance, risk management, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee project budgets, forecasts, claims, and commercial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, HSE regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide leadership and direction to project managers, construction managers, and project teams.
  • Review and approve major project plans, schedules, procurement strategies, and staffing plans.
  • Support dispute resolution, contractual negotiations, and variation management.
  • Conduct executive progress reviews and provide reports to senior leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project operations and delivery.
  • Ensure successful project close-out, handover, and client satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Engineering

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in project management and construction leadership roles.
  • Mandatory experience managing construction projects in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale and high-value construction projects.
  • Strong expertise in project execution, commercial management, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi construction regulations, contracts, claims management, and risk mitigation.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and project management systems.
