Location: Riyadh, KSASalary Budget: 50,000 SAR per monthNationality: Indian preferred (must be currently working in KSA)Industry: Data CentersWe are seeking an accomplished Project Director Data Center to lead the delivery of complex, large-scale data center projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is a senior leadership role, responsible for ensuring that projects are executed seamlessly, meeting stringent standards of quality, safety, and performance while adhering to timelines and budgets. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data center construction, design, and operations, along with proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

As the Project Director, you will take full ownership of end-to-end project delivery, overseeing planning, execution, and handover. You will be accountable for budget control, scheduling, contract management, and compliance with both local regulations and international best practices.A major focus of the role will be managing cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, MEP, construction, and commissioning, while maintaining strong coordination with consultants, contractors, vendors, and client stakeholders. You will ensure that all deliverables align with Tier III/Tier IV standards, meet sustainability benchmarks, and follow guidelines such as Uptime Institute, TIA-942, ASHRAE, and LEED.In addition, you will drive risk management processes, identify potential issues early, and implement mitigation strategies. Providing strategic leadership, you will align project execution with organizational objectives and regional business goals. Mentoring and guiding project managers, engineers, and support staff will be key to building strong internal capabilities.You will also represent the company at client meetings, steering committees, and industry events, building credibility and strengthening the companys presence in the regional data center market.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering; Masters/MBA preferred.15+ years of professional experience, with at least 8+ years leading data center projects.Proven expertise in delivering Tier III/Tier IV facilities from design through operations.Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning, and operational readiness.Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Currently based and working in KSA with a well-established regional industry network.This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to lead mission-critical projects that define the next generation of digital infrastructure in Saudi Arabia.
