Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Oversee and manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring smooth execution of civil/construction works.
  • Interpret and review drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure alignment with project requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and prepare detailed reports for management.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations, safety standards, and company quality procedures.
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and risk assessments to mitigate potential project delays or issues.
  • Provide technical guidance to site staff and junior engineers.
  • Support procurement and material management processes to ensure timely availability of resources.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, variations, and site reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in civil/construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project management, and site supervision.
  • Proficient in project management software and MS Office tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards in the UAE.
