Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


✔️ Supervise and monitor E&I site works—cable routing, LV/MV/HV systems, lighting, grounding, instrumentation, DCS, ESD, F&G systems
✔️ Review & interpret engineering drawings and ADNOC specifications
✔️ Coordinate with subcontractors, QA/QC, HSE, and engineering teams
✔️ Prepare method statements, risk assessments & testing procedures
✔️ Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety & project timelines
✔️ Manage technical issues & support resolution of NCRs
✔️ Participate in walkdowns, commissioning activities & punch list clearance
✔️ Support project planning, reporting, KPIs & cost/schedule management


Desired Candidate Profile


� Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering
� 5–8 years experience in E&I execution within Oil & Gas / Petrochemical projects
� Strong knowledge of:

  • Power distribution systems (HV/MV/LV)
  • MCCs, switchgear, transformers
  • DCS, PLC, SCADA, ESD, F&G systems
  • Field instruments (valves, transmitters, analysers, flow meters)
    � Experience on ADNOC (onshore/offshore) projects highly preferred
    � Strong coordination, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
    � Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
