Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of fit-out projects, fostering strong working relationships.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to identify and resolve any issues promptly, maintaining high standards.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective project delivery, demonstrating financial acumen.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, demonstrating a strong academic foundation.
  • Hold relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED), showcasing commitment to industry standards and best practices.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in fit-out projects, highlighting practical expertise and a successful track record.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of fit-out construction processes, materials, and techniques, showcasing technical proficiency.
