Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage site works ensuring timelines, quality, and safety standards are met

  • Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and clients for smooth project execution

  • Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation

  • Review drawings, raise RFIs when needed and resolve site discrepancies

  • Conduct site measurement, material estimation and quantity take-offs

  • Monitor manpower productivity, site logistics and ensure adherence to all UAE construction and safety regulations
