Should have UAE experience in the field of Interior Fit Out and contracting for a minimum of 3-5 years.
Good Project scheduling skills prefer to Primavera, MS project, excellent communication and Negotiation skills- Oral & Written.
Mandatory UAE Experience and good knowledge in Technical And commercial part of Interior Fit Out/ Architectural Products.
Review project drawings and specifications to gain full understanding of project scope, client goals and expectations, and resource requirements for each phase of the project.
Assist in the development and maintenance of general contracts, project schedules, procurement schedules and sequencing logic.
Oversee the activities and performance of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
Manage client interaction and promote positive relationships with all the stake holders/ Office staff / workers/ sub-contractors & suppliers.
Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with financial, operational, and scheduling requirements.
Should have knowledge in working on AutoCAD- 2D and skill set in reading the drawings properly for doing quantity take off., site survey and preparing BOQ/ quotations.
Must have worked at Interior project sites to understand Project, Procurement planning, Project scheduling, Site / Project Engineering & Supervision, Records upkeep etc.
Must have worked in at least couple of large-scale commercial projects to understand the essence of how the entire project cycle operates.
Must prepare BOQ, BOM mentioning material specifications, RFQ’s, Quotations and to be aware of market price of fit out products.
