Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the project manager in planning, budgeting, and risk management activities.
- Coordinate effectively with the design, procurement, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor project schedules, progress, and resource allocation.
- Ensure strict compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE regulations.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and project documentation.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and clients to resolve technical and on-site issues.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Support the Project Manager in planning, budgeting, and risk management activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out and joinery projects.
- Strong technical understanding of materials, methods, and site coordination.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and project documentation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- UAE Driving License – Preferred.
