Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support the project manager in planning, budgeting, and risk management activities.
  • Coordinate effectively with the design, procurement, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor project schedules, progress, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure strict compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE regulations.
  • Review and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and project documentation.
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors, and clients to resolve technical and on-site issues.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
  • Support the Project Manager in planning, budgeting, and risk management activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out and joinery projects.
  • Strong technical understanding of materials, methods, and site coordination.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and project documentation.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
  • UAE Driving License – Preferred.
