Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage interior fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to design specifications, budget, and timelines, requiring meticulous attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution, fostering strong collaborative relationships.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, track expenses, and control costs effectively throughout the project lifecycle, demonstrating strong financial acumen.
  • Review and approve shop drawings, submittals, and material selections, ensuring compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure adherence to safety regulations, showcasing proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Manage and resolve on-site issues, change orders, and conflicts effectively, maintaining project momentum and minimizing disruptions.
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules, tracking progress against milestones and proactively addressing any delays, requiring strong organizational skills.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards, safeguarding project integrity and legal compliance.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on progress, challenges, and resolutions, requiring excellent communication skills.
  • Manage the close-out process, including final inspections, punch list completion, and handover of the project to the client, ensuring complete client satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Holds a minimum of 5+ years of experience in interior fit-out projects, demonstrating a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in design and construction principles.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design software, enabling effective communication and collaboration with design teams.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and industry best practices, ensuring efficient and high-quality project execution.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effectively interacting with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Exhibits strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, proactively addressing challenges and finding effective solutions.
  • Possesses a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all aspects of the project meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
