We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Engineer specializing in Steel Fabrication to join our dynamic team. As a Project Engineer, you will be pivotal in planning, coordinating, and executing steel fabrication projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure that all aspects of the project meet quality, safety, and budgetary constraints. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering principles, excellent project management skills, and a deep understanding of the steel fabrication process. Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for steel fabrication projects.
• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and deliver on specifications.
• Liaise with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Supervise and manage fabrication and construction teams to ensure project success.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure adherence throughout the project duration.
• Analyze and resolve any technical or engineering issues that arise during projects.
• Prepare regular progress reports and present updates to stakeholders and management.
• Ensure all projects are completed within budget and on schedule without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with procurement teams for materials sourcing and vendor management.
• Coordinate quality assurance and quality control procedures at different project phases.
• Stay informed on industry standards and implement best practices in engineering processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in steel fabrication and project engineering.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale steel fabrication projects successfully.
• Strong knowledge of engineering design, construction processes, and project management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams.
• Proficient in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines effectively.
