Civil Engineer
Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities and construction operations.

1. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.

2. Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed according to approved drawings and specifications.

3. Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.

4. Review drawings, BOQs, and project documents.

5. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.

6. Prepare progress reports, work schedules, and project documentation.

7. Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during project execution.

8. Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment utilization to ensure project efficiency.

9. Support project managers in achieving project milestones and successful project delivery.

MEP Engineer

Supervise and coordinate MEP installation works at project sites.

1. Ensure all MEP activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

2. Coordinate MEP works with civil, architectural, and structural teams to avoid clashes and delays.

3. Review shop drawings, technical submittals, and material approvals.

4. Conduct inspections and testing of MEP systems during installation and commissioning stages.

5. Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of MEP activities.

6. Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients regarding technical matters.

7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, local authority requirements, and project specifications.

8. Prepare progress reports, inspection requests, and project documentation.

9. Provide technical support and resolve site-related MEP issues during project execution.
