Roles & Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor production projects, ensuring
they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Technical Oversight: Provide engineering expertise throughout the project
lifecycle, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with production teams, project managers, and
other departments to ensure seamless project execution and communication.
Resource Coordination: Manage the allocation of engineering resources,
materials, and equipment to support project activities efficiently. Make sure
of issue from store and resubmission on site or store with proper tracking
methord.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures and conduct inspections
to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including
engineering reports, drawings, and specifications.
Problem Solving: Identify and address technical issues that arise during
project execution, providing solutions to maintain project flow.
Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding
project updates and technical inquiries.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all project activities comply with health, safety,
and environmental regulations, conducting safety assessments as needed.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process improvement initiatives by
identifying areas for efficiency gains and enhanced productivity.

Requirements

Education: Bacheloru2019s degree in Engineering
(Mechanical, Marine, or related field).
Experience: 3-5 years in project engineering, preferably within ship repair
or shipbuilding.
Strong technical knowledge and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in engineering design software and project management tools.
Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance with industry standards.
Willingness to work in a marine environment, including shipyards and onboard
vessels
