Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

✔Conduct event site visits and prepare execution plans ✔ Coordinate with design, operations & site teams ✔ Manage installation & dismantling of stages, truss & scaffolding ✔ Ensure safety compliance and quality standards ✔ Handle client coordination and attend site meetings ✔ Prepare daily progress & site reports ✔ Manage manpower & materials efficiently ✔ Solve site issues quickly and professionally

Desired Candidate Profile

✅ Diploma / Bachelor’s in Engineering ✅ 3–5 years UAE experience in event & scaffolding projects ✅ Strong knowledge of temporary structures & staging systems ✅ Excellent communication & coordination skills ✅ Able to work under pressure & tight event deadlines ✅ UAE Driving License preferred
