Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate between design teams, site teams, consultants, contractors, and authorities
Track and manage RFIs, technical submissions, approvals, and design revisions
Support authority submission packages, CFR responses, inspections, and follow-ups
Maintain document control systems, logs, trackers, and coordination records
Monitor consultant and contractor deliverables against approved scope and timelines
Support project close-out documentation, as-built coordination, and handover activities
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
3–5 years UAE experience in consultancy / coordination / PMC roles
SOE Registration & PMP Certification – Mandatory
Strong understanding of UAE authority submissions and construction workflows
UAE Driving License – Preferred
