Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities and resources, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines to deliver results efficiently.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including specifications, schedules, and reports, to ensure clear communication among stakeholders.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
- Facilitate technical meetings and discussions, translating complex engineering concepts into actionable tasks for team members.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with a strong technical foundation, demonstrating a commitment to quality education.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in project engineering within the construction, manufacturing, or technology sectors.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or relevant engineering licenses to validate expertise and project management skills.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera, showcasing technical adeptness in project planning.
