Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Purpose
The Project Engineer is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, execution,
and monitoring of assigned projects to ensure completion within approved time, cost, and
quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Review drawings, BOQ, specifications, and contract documents.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly execution plans.
Coordinate with procurement for material planning and delivery.
Supervise site activities and monitor subcontractors.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and method statements.
Monitor manpower productivity and site progress.
Prepare daily reports and progress updates.
Assist in cost monitoring and material reconciliation.
Raise RFIs and coordinate technical clarifications with consultants.
Support billing team with quantity measurements and documentation.
Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.
Assist in project handover and closing documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
3–7 years of relevant UAE/GCC experience.
Strong understanding of site execution and coordination.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD/MS Project preferred.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Adherence to project schedule
Quality compliance
Productivity levels
Accuracy of reporting
Zero major safety violations
