Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage joinery projects from award stage through execution and handover.
Review project specifications, approved drawings, BOQs, and contractual requirements to ensure full understanding prior to execution.
Coordinate with design, factory, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely project delivery.
Monitor production progress in the factory and ensure materials and joinery items are delivered to site as per the approved schedule.
Ensure all joinery works are executed in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Identify and resolve technical issues related to joinery works in coordination with design, factory, and site teams.
Prepare and track project schedules, progress reports, and look-ahead plans, highlighting risks and delays to the Project Manager.
Review method statements, shop drawings, and material submissions related to joinery works and ensure approvals are obtained on time.
Coordinate inspections, mock-ups, and approvals with consultants, clients, and main contractors.
Monitor site installation activities in coordination with Site Engineers to ensure quality, safety, and productivity.
Control variations and changes, ensuring proper documentation, approvals, and cost/time impact assessments.
Attend project coordination meetings, site meetings, and progress meetings, providing technical and progress updates.
Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and company safety policies throughout project execution.
Support the Project Manager in project planning, risk assessment, and overall project control.
Coordinate final inspections, snag rectification, and handover of joinery works to the client.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant UAE experience in joinery
Must have Bachelor’s Degree with UAE MOFA attestation
