Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
To plan, coordinate, and supervise mechanical and piping engineering activities related to ADNOC projects, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective execution in compliance with ADNOC standards, project specifications, quality requirements, and HSE regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate mechanical and piping construction, fabrication, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
Review engineering drawings, P&IDs, isometrics, specifications, and technical documents.
Monitor piping fabrication, erection, hydrotesting, reinstatement, and mechanical completion activities.
Coordinate with ADNOC representatives, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure all mechanical and piping works comply with ADNOC standards, project specifications, and applicable international codes and standards.
Prepare and review technical submittals, RFIs, method statements, material approvals, and work procedures.
Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed within approved schedules and budgets.
Identify and resolve technical and construction issues related to mechanical and piping works.
Coordinate inspections and testing activities with QA/QC personnel and client representatives.
Ensure effective utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment resources.
Prepare progress reports and participate in project review meetings.
Ensure strict compliance with HSE requirements and company procedures.
Support pre-commissioning, commissioning, and project handover activities.
Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to maintain project objectives.
