Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

Job Purpose

To plan, coordinate, and supervise mechanical and piping engineering activities related to ADNOC projects, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective execution in compliance with ADNOC standards, project specifications, quality requirements, and HSE regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate mechanical and piping construction, fabrication, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.

• Review engineering drawings, P&IDs, isometrics, specifications, and technical documents.

• Monitor piping fabrication, erection, hydrotesting, reinstatement, and mechanical completion activities.

• Coordinate with ADNOC representatives, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.

• Ensure all mechanical and piping works comply with ADNOC standards, project specifications, and applicable international codes and standards.

• Prepare and review technical submittals, RFIs, method statements, material approvals, and work procedures.

• Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed within approved schedules and budgets.

• Identify and resolve technical and construction issues related to mechanical and piping works.

• Coordinate inspections and testing activities with QA/QC personnel and client representatives.

• Ensure effective utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment resources.

• Prepare progress reports and participate in project review meetings.

• Ensure strict compliance with HSE requirements and company procedures.

• Support pre-commissioning, commissioning, and project handover activities.

• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to maintain project objectives.
