Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and manage on-site execution of utility works including water, sewer, stormwater, irrigation, telecom, and power networks
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and local authorities to ensure smooth project execution
Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and Dubai authority standards (RTA, DEWA, DM, etc.)
Monitor site progress and ensure works are completed as per project schedule
Review and prepare method statements, technical submittals, and inspection requests
Attend site meetings and coordinate with the project team for progress updates
Identify and resolve utility clashes and coordinate with other disciplines
Ensure quality control, safety standards, and project documentation are maintained
Support planning and reporting of daily and weekly site activities
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 12+ years of UAE experience in infrastructure projects
Hands-on experience in utility works and coordination
Experience working on RTA-related infrastructure projects is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of authority approvals, NOCs, and site coordination
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple site activities under tight deadlines
