Roles & responsibilities LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITY- COMMERCIAL FITOUT SPECIALIST-DUBAI Senior project management professionals who have strong experience in commercial / corporate fit-out and workplace projects. ( Civil Work and Interiors) Head end-to-end project execution with complete ownership—covering site identification ( if required) planning, vendor management, site execution, client coordination, and final handover. independently lead large commercial projects accountability-driven leadership. . Day-to-day site execution (civil, interiors, MEP, IT, fire & safety) Vendor, contractor, and site team coordination Execution as per drawings, BOQ, timelines, and quality standards Safety, ISO/QMS compliance, DPRs, and reporting Client walkthroughs and site handover support

Desired Candidate Profile

2+ years hands-on site execution experience Ability to independently manage site activities Willing to travel across multiple locations Willing to stretch working hours to meet client deadlines Strong ownership and execution mindset Clear communication skill and ability to lead the execution This opportunity is open only for people residing in UAE
