What You ll Do

* Lead the implementation and execution of logistics strategies across a complex development project.
* Chair logistics meetings and act as the key decision-maker for resolving planning issues among multiple contractors.
* Monitor site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with local regulations.
* Define and update operating requirements for delivery management systems and track contractor performance against KPIs.
* Manage site activities including traffic control, material delivery, equipment handling, and access control.
* Ensure smooth coordination of health, safety, and environmental measures in collaboration with consultants.
* Produce accurate delivery reports and weekly progress summaries aligned with project timelines.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
* Support innovation in delivery services and introduce alternative methods for improved project outcomes.

Ideal Profile

* Proven experience in logistics or project delivery within large-scale construction projects in the UAE.
* In-depth knowledge of health and safety standards and ability to enforce compliance on-site.
* Strong leadership skills to manage multi-cultural teams and multiple stakeholders.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
