Key Responsibilities

•Project Management:

Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects using recognized project management methodologies and tools

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for disaster recovery and ServiceNow implementation.

Track progress, manage resources, and control project costs to ensure timely delivery.

•Business Analysis:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for disaster recovery and ServiceNow deployment.

Conduct risk analysis using approved tools and methodologies to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.

Ensure requirements compliance and assurance for IT and infrastructure projects.

•Stakeholder Management:

Engage, communicate, and manage expectations with internal and external stakeholders, with a specific focus on Al Faya.

Facilitate workshops, meetings, and regular status updates to ensure stakeholder alignment and support.

•Disaster Recovery Planning:

Lead the development, testing, and execution of disaster recovery strategies in line with Business Continuity and Crisis Management procedures.

Document recovery processes and ensure all stakeholders are trained and aware of their roles.

•ServiceNow Implementation:

Oversee the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and rollout.

Coordinate with IT teams and vendors to ensure seamless integration and operational readiness.

•Reporting & Compliance:

Prepare regular project status reports, dashboards, and analytics using approved reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
