Roles & Responsibilities

Role Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for leading, planning, executing, and delivering projects within scope, budget, and timeline. This role ensures full coordination between stakeholders, oversees project teams, and maintains compliance with organizational standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop complete project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Lead project execution, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved on time.
  • Coordinate across internal teams, clients, contractors, and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor project budgets, financial performance, and cost control.
  • Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare progress reports, project documentation, and performance updates.
  • Ensure project adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Manage project changes, variations, and approvals through proper documentation.
  • Conduct project evaluation after completion and implement continuous improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • Professional certifications (PMP® / PRINCE2®) preferred.
  • 5–10 years of relevant project management experience.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
