Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept to final implementation, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments, specifically tailored to agricultural engineering projects.
- Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians, and other professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is highly preferred.
Holds relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar, demonstrating project management expertise.
Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in agricultural engineering project management, showcasing proven experience.
Exhibits a strong understanding of agricultural practices, technologies, and equipment, demonstrating practical knowledge.
Requirements: DMT/ADM Approval, PMP Certified, Landscaping Experience
