Graduate or Post Graduate in Engineering/Science/Computer application etc.

CERTIFICATIONS:
PMP or Prince 2 Practitioner

EXPERIENCE:
12 + years in the IT industry
• Minimum 5 Years of IT Project Management Experience & minimum 3-4 years in managing software projects preferably in automation or digital for customers.

Position Summary:
• Manages the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large scale projects.
• Manages scope and mitigates risk across projects.
• Reviews deliverables across projects.
• Implements engagement review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with a methodology to ensure successful execution of projects
• Minimizes Intertec exposure to risk across multiple projects.

Role Description:
• Define, scope, and lead applicable Digital projects, undertaking all aspects of the planning process and maintain plus manage detailed plans throughout the project lifecycle, taking account of dependencies
• Capture and translate business requirements effectively, acting as liaison conduit to more technical partners and resources.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• To help clarify the scope and requirements of the project for their team
• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of the project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of the project.
• Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
• Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
• Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
• Identify and mitigates risk across projects.
• Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.
• Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
• Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
• Conducting a post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Apply agile and LEAN principles to drive simplification and automation.
• Able to balance and execute multiple projects and demonstrate a sense of urgency to deliver on-time and on-budget
