Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced AV Project Manager to deliver audio-visual systems across commercial construction and fit-out projects in Dubai. This role will manage AV projects end-to-end, working closely with clients, main contractors, consultants, and installation teams to ensure safe, on-time, and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full AV project lifecycle from design review to handover
  • Coordinate with main contractors, MEP teams, and consultants on fit-out sites
  • Ensure compliance with UAE construction, HSE, and site regulations
  • Oversee AV installation, commissioning, testing, and client handover
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, variations, and reporting
  • Lead and support AV installation teams and subcontractors

Requirements

  • AV project management within construction / fit-out
  • Strong knowledge of AV systems (VC, control systems, audio, displays, AV over IP)
  • Experience working on live construction sites in the UAE
  • Ability to read AV, architectural, and MEP drawings
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
