Project Manager Civil Engineer

We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager–Civil Engineer to lead and manage building projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive UAE-based experience in civil and structural works, ensuring projects are delivered with the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. This senior position demands a results-driven professional with proven leadership, strategic planning, and technical oversight capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and supervise large-scale construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Plan and monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
• Review and validate engineering designs, technical submissions, and material approvals in coordination with consultants and clients.
• Implement and monitor QA/QC systems, conduct risk assessments, and enforce safety protocols across project sites.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, cost estimates, and BOQs.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities to resolve technical and operational challenges.
• Lead project teams, mentor junior engineers, and promote best engineering practices.
• Ensure full compliance with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, RTA, and other relevant authority requirements.
