Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and building codes, with a focus on high-rise residential projects.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors, guaranteeing timely delivery of materials and services while maintaining quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, proactively identifying and mitigating potential delays to keep projects on track and within budget.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks, promptly addressing any deficiencies and ensuring workmanship meets the required standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.

  • Holds a Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification, demonstrating a commitment to professional excellence.

  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in high-rise residential building construction, showcasing a deep understanding of the industry.

  • Demonstrates a proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects, delivering them on time and within budget.
