Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Develop and manage project schedules using advanced software tools, ensuring comprehensive tracking of progress and adjustments.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
- Oversee the procurement process, ensuring that materials and resources meet quality standards and are delivered on schedule.
- Monitor construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management, highlighting challenges and proposing solutions.
- Facilitate regular project meetings to foster collaboration and address any emerging project issues.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all project phases, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing project outcomes and implementing best practices for future projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in civil project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Should have handled High Rise Building Projects.
- DM - approved Unlimited Licenece is preferable
- Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably within urban environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations, ensuring project compliance and safety.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage, especially in multicultural environments.
