Desired Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and execute civil and high-rise building projects from inception to completion. Coordinate resources, project schedules, inspections, and logistics. Oversee expediting processes to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Monitor project performance and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Collaborate with vendors, consultants, engineers, and internal teams to maintain smooth execution. Manage documentation, reporting, and communication throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure delivery of projects within budget, time, and approved scope. Qualifications 12+ years of experience in the UAE managing civil and high-rise building projects. Proven proficiency in Project Management, with successful track records in timely and budget-aligned delivery. Experience in Expediting, Inspection processes, and Logistics Management. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site work environment. PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certifications are an added advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Preferred Candidate Profile Demonstrated ability to manage complex, large-scale civil and high-rise projects. Skilled in strategic thinking, planning, and decision-making under pressure. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, ensuring efficient, high-quality project delivery. A proactive leader who also excels in collaborative team environments. Recognized for exceptional communication and the ability to inspire and guide teams.
