Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects from design through execution, testing & commissioning,

and handover.

  • Oversee electrical system design and review SLDs, load calculations, panel

schedules, cable sizing, lighting layouts, and protection coordination.

  • Ensure compliance with local and international codes.

  • Guide engineers and draftsmen in preparing shop drawings, technical submittals,

and as-built documentation.

  • Supervise site execution of LV/MV systems, panels, transformers, generators,

earthing, and fire alarm systems.

  • Coordinate electrical works with civil and mechanical disciplines.

  • Monitor project cost, schedule, quality, and risk.

  • Manage subcontractors, procurement, variations, and client coordination.

  • Ensure adherence to HSE and quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).

  • 12–15+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Strong knowledge of LV/MV systems, power distribution, protection systems, and

testing & commissioning.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Primavera/MS Project.

  • PMP certification preferred.

  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
