Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete project lifecycle, from initial design and planning to successful implementation and handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Lead and manage ELV (Extra Low Voltage) system installations, including security systems, access control, CCTV, and structured cabling, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks and delays.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and control costs, providing regular financial reports and forecasts to stakeholders.
  • Supervise and coordinate ELV technicians and subcontractors, ensuring their work meets quality standards and project specifications.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project requirements.
  • Prepare and submit project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and as-built drawings, maintaining accurate records.
  • Resolve project issues and conflicts promptly and effectively, escalating critical issues to senior management as needed.
  • Stay updated on the latest ELV technologies, industry trends, and best practices, continuously improving project delivery processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Possession of relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the ELV systems industry, demonstrating a proven track record.
  • Experience in projects within the construction or building automation industries.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Strong understanding of ELV systems, including security, access control, CCTV, and structured cabling.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage diverse teams.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in additional languages being advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.
