Project Manager Infrastructure (UAE National)

Abu Dhabi, UAE

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Manager Infrastructure to join our team! In this role you will get to work with the team to deliver dynamic infrastructure projects for a high profile clients.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Oversee all aspects of the project (business, technical, fiscal, administrative).

• Forecast project revenue, costs, and profit, and manage the budget.

• Handle invoicing, billing, accounts receivable, and payable.

• Develop and manage project plans (including safety and quality assurance).

• Assign responsibilities to team members and monitor project deliverables.

• Negotiate scope changes with clients and subcontractors.

• Secure additional work and maintain client relationships.

• Support staff career development and training needs.

• Ensure employee performance management (recognition and discipline).

• Represent the company at conferences and industry events.

• Collaborate on project budgets, schedules, and plans.

• Address cost overruns, delays, and changes in scope.

• Promote quality and technical excellence throughout the project.

• Monitor project progress and report to management.

• Participate in client negotiations, proposals, and presentations.

• Identify business development opportunities and stay updated on key clients' project pipelines.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelors Degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum of 8 years experience in Project Management.

• Experience in delivering master planning and infrastructure design projects.

• Ability to meet Parsons project management certification requirements.

• Effective leadership skills with ability to perform in a management capacity.

• Excellent written and oral communications skills in English.

• Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations (in delivery of Infrastructure Projects).

• Knowledge of current technology and how it can be effectively utilized on projects.

• Demonstrable experience of liaison and coordination with UAE governmental departments and design approving authorities is highly desirable.

• Must be a UAE National.
