Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation, to guide the project team towards successful delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams by facilitating clear communication and collaboration, ensuring all members understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Monitor project progress and performance against established milestones, proactively addressing issues to keep the project on track.
- Manage project budgets by tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities to maximize resource utilization.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize potential project disruptions and ensure continuity.
- Foster a positive team environment by encouraging feedback and continuous improvement, empowering team members to reach their potential.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Civl Engineering
- 10-15 years of relevant project management experience in a civil onstruction industry with at least 2-3 Years Experience in ADNOC Projects, demonstrating a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferrable..
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate complexities and make informed decisions under pressure.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, inspiring and motivating teams to achieve project goals while fostering a collaborative culture.
