Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Project Manager (Facility Management) will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of facility operations, maintenance, and service delivery across assigned projects. The role ensures contractual compliance, client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, lead, and manage day-to-day FM operations (hard and soft services) for assigned facilities or client sites.
  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, etc.).
  • Ensure service delivery meets contractual KPIs, SLAs, and client expectations.
  • Manage and supervise multi-disciplinary FM teams, subcontractors, and service providers.
  • Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets, cost forecasts, and resource allocation.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with HSE and quality management systems.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors to ensure smooth project operations and timely resolution of issues.
  • Lead the implementation of energy-saving initiatives and asset lifecycle management strategies.
  • Review and approve technical reports, maintenance schedules, and monthly performance reports.
  • Support business development and tendering activities through technical input and pricing validation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
  • Minimum 10–12 years of relevant UAE experience in Facilities Management operations, including at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, MEP services, and asset maintenance management.
  • Hands-on experience with CAFM / CMMS systems and FM reporting tools.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts, and diverse technical teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
  • Familiar with UAE regulatory standards (Civil Defense, ADDC, ADM, etc.) and ISO procedures.
