Project Manager (Water Treatment) Emarat Aloula Contracting

We, at Emarat Aloula is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering large-scale water treatment, sewerage, and water transmission projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership experience managing EPC contracts, pumping stations, STPs, RO plants, and utility infrastructure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with TRANSCO and client requirements.

• Lead the full project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of water and infrastructure projects.
• Manage projects contractually, financially, technically, and with a strong focus on quality, safety, and risk management.
• Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and cash flow forecasts.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Oversee construction and commissioning of water treatment plants, sewage networks, pumping stations, pipelines, and RO facilities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory standards, TRANSCO guidelines, and international codes.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful project delivery.
• Supervise large project teams, including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors (200+ staff).
• Prepare and present periodic reports for management and client reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize resources, cost efficiency, and safety.
