Responsibilities

• Plan and implement project phases from initiation to completion effectively.
• Allocate project resources efficiently and manage budgets to achieve objectives.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules for stakeholders.
• Track project performance using effective tools and techniques for monitoring.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders to foster project success.
• Conduct regular progress meetings with project teams to identify issues promptly.
• Implement appropriate risk mitigation strategies to address potential project risks.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure they are contributing to project objectives.
• Provide leadership and motivation to team members, fostering an inclusive environment.
• Ensure all project documentation is completed as required and properly archived.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field required.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably within a related industry.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting aggressive deadlines.
• Proficient in project management software tools and methodologies.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to foster teamwork and collaboration.
• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or relevant fields will be an added advantage.
