Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement project plans and schedules to meet the needs of the client and the company
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure project goals are met
Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
Manage project budgets and schedules, and report on project progress to company leadership
Manage and mentor project teams, provide guidance, and delegate tasks effectively
Willingness and ability to travel to project locations as required
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
5-10 years of experience in precast concrete construction, with a preference for practical on-site experience
Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget
Strong leadership and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
PMP certification is a plus
