: 1.Responsible to complete all the jobs as per schedule and meet KPI’s for preventive maintenance 2.Responsible for ensuring that all such books, records, accounts, correspondence, instructions, specifications, plans, drawings, receipts, policies, procedures and memorandum are preserved and made available at any time for audit 3.Overall responsible for site visit, assess and obtaining all relevant information regarding the site and its surroundings, including its nature and location, evaluating the means of transport, communication and access to and from the site (if applicable) 4.Must conduct ICV Improvement Plan and confirms that the annual targets set out in the ICV Improvement Plan shall be achieved by the dates specified as per the contract 5.Take full responsibility for the adequacy, stability and safety of all its operations and methods necessary for the performance of the works and ensure that there are no backlog work orders for PM jobs 6.Collaborate and establish specific HSE requirements, documents and processes in relation to the works. 7.Providing an appropriate response to any emergency occurring at the site or any of the company’s premises and shall immediately take such action as may be necessary to protect life and make safe property where such is in imminent peril. 8.Take all such steps and execute all such assignments and other documents as per the contract and requirements 9.Oversee the smooth running of the operations including all operational systems, processes, infrastructure and effective decision making and allocation of resources; develop, propose and implement plans to address gaps. 10.Oversee the business planning process by implementing robust management reporting, development and implementation strategy to ensure delivery of organizational objectives, effective and continuing development of the operations, and high performing workforce. 11.Direct and guide in setting up procedures and reporting structures for managing the operational processes including responsibility for the total maintenance of contract for all HSECES F&G systems at all location 12.Drive rapid and consistent operational improvements to ensure that we deliver on time in full, to budget, to quality standards, to the customers’ expectations, and with the most effective use of our resources including the preventive maintenance schedule meets the recommendations of the suppliers, safety codes and standards, and shall suggest changes to ADNOC onshore for comments and approval. 13.Daily interaction and coordination including submit daily reports for all F&G system, job that are planned to execute on the same day and next day on daily basis, details of breakdown maintenance and status of on-going modification, and monitoring attendance of all personnel 14.Prepare weekly report for preventive maintenance performed during previous week with work order number and updated status on ERP/AMS and comparison of completed against planned work order
