Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize impact on deliverables.
- Lead cross-functional teams by facilitating collaboration and ensuring accountability for project tasks and milestones.
Desired Candidate Profile
A bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field in the construction field is required.
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with hands-on experience in managing complex projects with Roads & infrastructure, good experience on water with SCADA and shutdown, stormwater, Etisalat, and road works is mandatory for shortlisting.
PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred to validate expertise.
Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies is a strong advantage for adaptive project management.
