The duties of our Project Manager will include but not be limited to the following activities:
Six years experience in the ME, preferably on civil engineering based projects.
Master or Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related.
Self motivated candidate with proven delivery and management record.
Must be responsible and able to manage project and client expectations, work across a variety of projects and interface with clients directly.
Assist in the implementation of all project management aspects of the project assigned.
Assist in the preparation of design, presentations, proposals, analysis and reports for project development.
Approving design PEP, PQP, HSE Plan, method statements, Interim payments and submittals.
Reviewing and approving project time schedule.
Fidic (Red Book) Contract Administration.
Accountable for municipality submittals and follow up for approvals, coordinating with mep and structural design engineers.
Monitoring and assisting in bid documents and specification documents.
Perform site supervision.
Supervision of all construction work, complete project plans, method statements & submittals of subcontractors and suppliers.
Fidic 92 contract administration and preparing weekly construction reports and RE related work.
