Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all phases of villa fit-out projects, including planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
- Develop and implement detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure alignment on scope, design, and delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays and cost overruns.
- Ensure strict compliance with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to assess work quality, safety practices, and adherence to specifications.
- Manage project documentation, change orders, approvals, and reporting to stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor a team of site supervisors, coordinators, and technical staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate client walkthroughs, address feedback, and ensure timely resolution of issues prior to handover.
- Maintain accurate records of project performance, financials, and lessons learned for future reference.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in project management, specifically in villa fit-out projects within the UAE.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering high-end residential fit-out projects on time and within budget.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies, tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6), and construction software.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE construction regulations, permit processes, and local authority requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, make decisive judgments under pressure, and take full ownership of project outcomes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel to project sites across the region.
